Thank you for visiting our ncvareservations website. NCVA has parterned with SOLUTIONS In-Site (SIS) for all their 2008 -2011 tournaments that require overnight accommodations. SIS is a group hotel only agency that has been in business since 1995. However, we partner with car rental and air agencies to full service your needs. Our sole mission is to assist sports groups, corporations and associations (leisure and corporate) with their group, convention and meeting needs. We research, visit and secure hotels based on the customer needs, wants and price considerations.
SIS also has a convenient online system (see Hotel Booking Links under each tournament) that allows players, parents and guests to book their accommodations, from the hotel room blocks set up specially for NCVA, in the comfort of their own home. This enables the attendee the ability to change their reservation(s) (room assignment, cancelations, room night additions or reductions, etc.) at their discretion and generates an email confirmation each time they do so. This can be done any time, day or night, from 30 days to 2 weeks prior to the tournament departure without the hassle of waiting on the phone with a reservation agent.
The SIS team team takes a hands on approach and personally visits 90% of all hotels at any tournament. Occasionally SIS may add a hotel or two without seeing them only because time may not allow a spur of the moment trip. We are an excellent source to ask questions about any hotel as chances are we have seen it or stayed at it.
